Fraktured Sauce is a seed to sauce hot sauce in northern Pennsylvania. They grow their own peppers and produce at Gosh Run Farm and then create their hot pepper mashes which are fermented and aged for a minimum of 6 months then cooked and bottled in a local certified kitchen.
